our return policy
We here at Pop Life strive to provide the best customer service possible. We take that as a point of pride. That said, bad things do happen on occasion. Orders get lost or destroyed by the post office. Discs can be defective. Sometimes things even slip by us. So if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, drop us an email at shipping@poplifeshop.com (or use the button below) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your return must be started within 14 days of receipt of the item, and you must provide an order number we can refer to for refunds. We may ask you to return the item. If so, we will tender the refund when the item is received back by us. If your item was damaged by the US Post Office, we just need photos of the item (front and back) and we will refund your money without return. Please note: we reserve the right to refuse refunds if you return an item you obviously damaged yourself, or you send us a swapped item, or if you have a history of abusing our return policies. We don’t do freebies! And you will be blocked from our website if you don’t deal with us as honestly as we deal with you.
